Which style should I choose?
Go with The Canopy or The Nest if you can hang from a ceiling hook or beam — the Nest is the most enclosed and cocooning. Choose The Wall Perch if you’re short on floor space or prefer to mount on a wall. All three fit cats up to 37 lb.
How high can my cat safely sit?
Each Cozy Nest drops about 135cm from the anchor point, and the basket comfortably cradles cats up to 37 lb. We include the hardware you need, and it hangs securely in about five minutes.
Is it comfortable? Do I need a cushion?
The dense hand-knotted cotton weave is soft and supportive on its own, and most cats settle right in. You can always drop in a small folded blanket for extra plushness in cooler months.
What if my cat won’t use it?
Cats are curious — most claim their CozyNest within a day or two, especially once you place a favorite blanket or treat inside. If yours doesn’t fall in love within 30 nights, reach out and we’ll make it right.
How do I clean it?
Spot-clean with a damp cloth for everyday care, or hand-wash in cool water with mild detergent and air-dry flat. Avoid the machine dryer to keep the natural cotton fibers in shape.
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 4–10 business days and costs $5.99, with free shipping on orders over $49. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days and costs $12. International deliveries may require additional time for customs clearance.
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 5 hours of purchase. Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact support@famivow.com for approval before returning an item.
