For the best result, use bright, sharp photos taken at eye level with the entire face and ears visible. Avoid screenshots, heavy filters, motion blur, dark lighting and images where important features are cropped.

Printed as an unframed portrait poster in the selected size. Final colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting and the quality of the submitted photos. Frames, clips and display accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 4–10 business days and costs $5.99, with free shipping on orders over $49. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days and costs $12. International deliveries may require additional time for customs clearance.
Personalized orders may be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Because each item is made especially for you, personalized products are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from the approved customization details.
