❔ Will my pet actually fit?
The pouch is designed for small pets up to 15 lb / 7 kg. That covers most Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Maltese, Pomeranians, Shih Tzus, Dachshunds, toy Poodles, and the majority of cats.
Above 15 lb, it may not be comfortable for either of you. If your pet is close to the limit, contact us with their weight and we’ll help you choose honestly.
❔ What if my pet doesn’t like it?
Some pets climb straight in, while others need a few days. Put a treat in the pouch, let them get in on their own, and don’t force it.
❔ Is it comfortable for them?
They sit upright against your chest with their head and front paws out, supported the whole time—similar to a sling carrier. Most pets settle and fall asleep because they’re warm and close to you.
It is not intended for long journeys or as a substitute for walking. It’s made for those cozy moments when you would otherwise have left them behind.
❔Can I wear it without a pet in it?
Yes — most people do, most of the time. With the pouch empty it reads as an ordinary oversized sherpa hoodie.
Orders are processed within 2 business days. Standard shipping takes 4–10 business days and costs $5.99, with free shipping on orders over $49. Express shipping takes 3–7 business days and costs $12. International deliveries may require additional time for customs clearance.
Orders may be changed or cancelled within 5 hours of purchase. Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if they are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Please contact support@famivow.com for approval before returning an item.
